Head of Learning Support and SENCO for September 2025

Overview of Role

Harrogate Ladies’ College is looking for an experienced leader of Learning Support and SENCO to head up the department.  This would suit an ambitious teacher wanting to oversee and lead learning support and would enjoy a mix of learning support and working alongside our EAL giving them a holistic view of the needs of our pupils in school with learning needs. The Head of Learning Support and SENCO will also manage, support and lead the existing team involved in College’s provision for pupils with learning support needs.

This position is full-time although 4 days a week would also be considered.
