Celebration Lunch
After two weeks of mock examinations Year 11 pupils enjoyed a picnic lunch on the lawn at Lincoln House where they enjoyed takeaway pizza!
Learning & Playing Outside
Pre-School pupils have been making the most of the beautiful weather and the wonderful gardens to learn and play together outside. A fantastic start to the Summer Term!
Habitats
Year 2 pupils have enjoyed their science topic on habitats! They explored microhabitats in the Willow garden and used tally marks to count the number of minibeasts and magnifying glasses to observe their discoveries.
Young Ambassador Programme
Huge congratulations to our Year 13 student who has been selected as a Young Ambassador for The Earth Project’s Young Ambassador Programme. The 6-month internship will promote sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Mark-Making
Mark-making plays a key part in activities in Pre-School. Children in Transition have been perfecting their pencil grips and using their phonic understanding of letters to create some great images.
Egyptian Day
Year 3 travelled back in time to Ancient Egypt where they created hieroglyphic cartouche necklaces, enjoyed an Egyptian feast and went on a VR trip around the British Museum’s Egyptology department!
