Whole School Open Morning - Friday 2 May 2025, 9.30am-12pm

We’ll be opening the doors to our family of schools again on Friday 2 May – why not come along and find out what makes us different! Our Whole School Open Morning includes Highfield Prep and Pre-Schools and Harrogate Ladies’ College and is the perfect introduction to our family of schools – particularly if you haven’t visited before.

The Open Morning takes place on a normal teaching day which is important to us, because it means that you get to experience the vibrant atmosphere, observe how students engage in their learning, gain a deeper insight into the curriculum and the types of projects your child would be working on, and to look round the amazing facilities that we have here at Harrogate Ladies’ College.

Here’s an idea of what to expect on the day:

Meet our Principal, Heads, staff and pupils
Tour our schools including academic, extra-curricular and social facilities
Observe lessons and activities taking place
Ask questions and find out practical information about joining our schools
Hear specialist curriculum talks relevant to the different curriculum stages:
- From Home to Pre-School
- A Day in the Life of a Reception Child
- Key Stage 3
- GCSE Curriculum
- A levels – A Stepping Stone to University (6th Form)
