Open Days & Visits

While we hope you’re enjoying our website, we encourage families wherever possible to visit us in person to get a real life feel for our family of leading independent schools. 

Attend an Open Day

We hold Open Mornings for all 3 of our schools throughout the year, providing the perfect introduction to our school community, particularly if you haven’t visited before.

Our Open Mornings take place on normal teaching days, so you’ll get to see our schools in action.  Here’s an idea of what to expect from one of our Open Mornings:

  • Meet our Heads, staff and pupils
  • Meet existing parents
  • Tour our family of schools including our academic, extra-curricular and social facilities
  • Observe lessons and activities taking place
  • Find out practical information about joining one of our schools
  • Ask questions

During the mornings we also run specialist talks on subjects relating to our individual schools such as transitioning from home to nursery; getting ready for “big school”; and GCSE and A Level curriculums.

Our Open Mornings typically start around 10am with a welcome from our Principal followed by specialist talks on our individual schools.  There is then an opportunity to tour the schools with either senior staff (for Highfield Pre-School and Highfield Prep School), or pupils (for College).  We normally aim to end the official Open Mornings around 12pm, when there is an opportunity for individual meetings with senior members of staff.

Arrange a Personal Visit

We understand that choosing the right school for your child, whatever age they are, is a very individual process and so we are always happy to arrange personal visits either as a follow up to an Open Morning or as a first step towards considering one of our schools.

Personal visits can be arranged for any day and any time to suit you and your family.  They can be arranged for parents to visit on their own, or with children – whichever feels right for you.  During a personal visit you’ll get to spend one to one time with key members of staff including the relevant Head.  You’ll also get to see the school in action on a normal teaching day and have a personalised tour to meet your individual needs.
